The Desert

A journey through the desert at 110 BPM – where analog 303 squelch meets sweeping soprano sax in harmonic minor.

I recorded the soprano sax and percussion (egg shaker, caxixi, and maracas) myself to add an organic layer to the electronic soundscape.
The piece is partly inspired by Wahat Khasiba by Desert Dwellers – but with the soprano sax taking the music in a new direction.
